Start with your hotel and departure points
For a boat-led holiday, the hotel location and the boat’s marina matter as much as the headline itinerary. Give Adam the exact hotel if you have already booked. A transfer from a Hurghada hotel is a different arrangement from a pickup in El Gouna or Soma Bay.
Do not fill every day before checking arrival and departure times. Build the programme around complete activity days, leave practical transfer windows, and decide whether you want one hotel throughout or a stay split around a liveaboard.
Reefs, islands and the right kind of boat day
Hurghada’s boat trips include reef and island experiences around the Giftun Islands. A beach stop, a snorkelling stop and a diving programme should not be treated as interchangeable. Tell us whether the priority is swimming, guided snorkelling, diving or simply time aboard with your group.
Compare shared trips with private charters using the total group cost and the actual inclusions. Ask about transfers, food, equipment and any island or marine-area charges. Crosswind confirms the proposed operator and arrangements before you decide; an enquiry does not establish a departure or price.
Add kiting, a safari or a golf day
A kite lesson from a shore-based centre is suited to a different schedule from a multi-day kite safari. For a safari, the boarding day may not be the first full riding day. Share your riding level, instruction needs and whether you are taking your own equipment.
If golf is part of the holiday, choose the course and then plan the journey from your hotel. El Gouna and Soma Bay are separate destination options; do not assume a round is beside your Hurghada accommodation. A focused golf day can work better than squeezing it between two tightly timed excursions.

Can I request only a boat day?
Yes. Explain your dates, hotel, group size and preferred activity. Adam can discuss the enquiry without adding a full holiday package.
Are airport transfers and boat transfers the same?
No. Ask for each transfer to be identified separately, including pickup and drop-off locations.
Can every guest dive on a mixed boat trip?
The operator must confirm suitable activities for each guest. Certified diving, introductory experiences and snorkelling have different arrangements.
