El Gouna, Soma Bay or a Hurghada base?
El Gouna Golf Club and Ancient Sands give an El Gouna stay two named course options. Soma Bay offers its championship course alongside Par 3 and academy facilities. Use the course choice to decide where your group should stay, rather than selecting a hotel and treating every golf transfer as identical.
A Hurghada hotel can also be the starting point for a golf enquiry, but the chosen course and journey must be clear. Compare the convenience of staying near your main course with the wider hotel and non-golf preferences of the group.
What changes the holiday quote
The number of nights, room split, board basis and number of rounds all affect the proposal. A single room should not be compared with a twin-share price without checking the difference. Include organisers and any travelling Pro in the room count.
List practice sessions, range balls, buggy preferences and club hire separately. For a coaching trip, identify who provides coaching and how that fee will be handled. Complimentary organiser or Pro places are not automatic and must be agreed for the specific arrangement.
Make the programme work for the whole group
For golfers who want several rounds, protect time for play and recovery instead of packing every afternoon with excursions. For couples or mixed groups, discuss separate water activities and a shared boat or snorkelling day. Kitesurfing is optional; your Crosswind trip can remain entirely golf-led.
Before booking, review the actual hotels, nights, courses, transfers, included equipment and payment terms in the written proposal. The online planner sends an enquiry for discussion and does not reserve tee times or collect a deposit.
Before you enquire
Which El Gouna golf courses can I ask about?
El Gouna Golf Club and Ancient Sands are the two local course options to discuss. Specific tee times and rates require confirmation.
Can a Pro bring students?
Yes, coaching groups can enquire. Include coaching arrangements, practice needs, room sharing and the Pro’s place in the brief.
Do you publish one fixed golf holiday price?
No. Hotel dates, nights, rooms and playing arrangements vary. Adam prepares a proposal based on your group and budget.
