PLAN AROUND YOU

The golf comes first.

A golf trip can stay entirely golf-focused. Tell Adam how many rounds you would like, your playing experience and whether you are travelling with friends, a society or a coach. Your proposal sets out the golf programme and any time needed for practice. A kite taster or a boat day can be discussed as an optional addition; you do not have to combine sports.

For a coaching group, share the number of paying golfers, whether a Pro is travelling and the range sessions and balls you need. Complimentary Pro places are not automatic. They need to be checked against the selected hotel, season and supplier conditions.

PLAN AROUND YOU

Choose the stay that suits your group.

A four-day break, seven-night stay or another length can be explored. The exact number of nights matters to the hotel quote, so tell Adam your preferred dates or month and any flexibility. Prices vary with season, property and room type.

Share your preferred hotel style and meal plan, plus how many twin and single rooms you need. Include the coach or group organiser in the room split. If golfers arrive on different flights, flag that too: individual airport transfers and group golf transfers are different arrangements.

PLAN AROUND YOU

A clear proposal before you decide.

Your approximate budget per person, excluding flights, helps choose the hotel and programme. It is a planning guide rather than a commitment. If you are unsure, say flexible and explain what matters most: hotel standard, more golf, a shorter stay or time for other experiences.

The proposal confirms the full price, hotel and rooms, days and nights, rounds, transfers and any agreed practice arrangements. Lessons, hire equipment, excursions and other extras should be clearly identified. Hotel rooms, tee times and weather are not guaranteed by an enquiry.

YOUR FIRST HELLO

Plan it with Adam.

I’m Adam Stewart, the British founder of Crosswind Egypt, based in the Hurghada and El Gouna area. Start with your ideas and I’ll help explore a personal proposal.

The planner opens a message for you to review and send in your email app or WhatsApp. It does not save your details, reserve a stay or take payment. Availability, the operating provider, booking terms and payment arrangements are confirmed before booking.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you travel.

Can I bring my golf society or coaching group?

Yes. Send your likely group size and explain the group’s focus. For a coaching trip, include the Pro, room split, practice requirements and approximate number of rounds so the proposal can be costed properly.

Do I have to try kitesurfing?

No. You can enquire for a golf-only holiday. Water activities and other Red Sea experiences can be explored separately if people in the group want them.

Does the trip price include flights?

Use a budget excluding flights when enquiring. The final proposal states what is included and what you arrange separately; do not assume flights or any optional extras are included.

Can you guarantee my preferred tee times?

No. Dates, rooms and tee times must be checked and confirmed for the individual proposal. Let Adam know any timing or accessibility requirements early.
