PLAN AROUND YOU

A hotel stay or a home on the water?

A shore-based kite holiday keeps your accommodation on land, with riding or lessons planned around your level. Tell Adam whether you are a beginner, learning to waterstart or already riding independently. The right lesson format, equipment and activity provider can then be explored.

A Red Sea kite safari is a different format: you stay aboard a boat. It is not simply a hotel trip with a boat excursion. Share your experience, travelling numbers and preferred dates so the cabin arrangements and programme can be checked separately.

PLAN AROUND YOU

Match the programme to your level.

New riders should describe any previous lessons and what they are comfortable doing. Independent riders should say whether they are bringing their own equipment, need rental or want coaching. Your proposal confirms the lesson format, equipment arrangements and what is included.

Water sessions depend on conditions and suitability. Crosswind does not guarantee wind every day. A flexible plan can leave room for downtime and optional experiences rather than assuming every hour will be spent riding.

PLAN AROUND YOU

Bring the people you want to travel with.

Enquire as a couple, a group of friends or an instructor-led group. Not everyone needs the same activity programme. Tell Adam about non-riders, accommodation preferences, likely room sharing and any other interests within the group. Golf is optional.

A four-day break, seven-night stay or a different length can be explored for hotel-based trips. Boat departures and safari durations are checked separately. Exact days and nights, transfers, meals, lessons, hire equipment and any boat-related extras need to be stated in the final proposal.

YOUR FIRST HELLO

Plan it with Adam.

I’m Adam Stewart, the British founder of Crosswind Egypt, based in the Hurghada and El Gouna area. Start with your ideas and I’ll help explore a personal proposal.

The planner opens a message for you to review and send in your email app or WhatsApp. It does not save your details, reserve a stay or take payment. Availability, the operating provider, booking terms and payment arrangements are confirmed before booking.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you travel.

Can I enquire as a complete beginner?

Yes. Share your experience so suitable lessons and providers can be explored. A beginner enquiry is not a guarantee that every activity or safari format is suitable; the programme needs confirmation.

Are lessons and equipment included?

That depends on the agreed programme. Your proposal specifies any lessons, equipment hire and personal items you need to bring. Do not assume all kit or every lesson is included.

Is a kite safari the same as a hotel holiday?

No. A safari is a boat-based stay with cabin arrangements. A shore-based holiday uses a hotel or other land accommodation. Choose the format that interests you before comparing prices.

What budget should I provide?

An approximate budget per person excluding flights helps select suitable accommodation, length of stay and activity options. Flexible is fine. The budget you enter is not an offer or a payment.
