EL GOUNA · CORPORATE INCENTIVE TRAVEL

Big results.
A different
kind of reward.

Imagine your top performers swapping their desks for a morning on the fairway, an afternoon by the Red Sea and an evening together in El Gouna.

A bespoke incentive trip for a selected group, shaped around your people, dates and budget.

Plan your incentive tripOne personal conversation with Adam. A proposal built around your team.
Turquoise lagoons and the Red Sea coastline at El Gouna
More room to switch off. A new setting to spend time together.

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE IT HAPPEN

Their achievement.
Your way to celebrate.

You do not have to take the whole workforce away. Start with the colleagues you want to recognise: sales competition winners, a top-billing group or a small leadership team.

Crosswind welcomes enquiries from recruitment agencies and other sales-led businesses looking for an overseas team reward. Tell Adam how your incentive works and what would make the trip right for your people. An escape can be golf-led, centred on the water, or a balance of activities and downtime.

Not everyone needs to do the same sport. Your proposal can explore different interests within the travelling group.

BUILD AROUND YOUR TEAM

Fairways. Open water.
Time well spent.

01 / GOLF

A new setting for their game.

Explore a golf-led itinerary around El Gouna, with hotel and transfer options in your individual proposal. Agree the number of rounds, room arrangements and pace before the trip is priced.

02 / THE RED SEA

A break from the everyday.

Discuss a boat day, snorkelling, a kite taster or more time on the water. Experience levels and conditions matter; lessons, equipment and providers are confirmed in your proposal.

Explore your team’s interests
03 / YOUR PACE

Leave room to unwind.

Consider a four-day break, a seven-night stay or another length. Keep room for meals together and free time, and tell Adam about any meeting time or team objectives you want to accommodate.

Shape the right itinerary

These are planning options, not package inclusions. Activities depend on suitability, availability and conditions. No dates or places are reserved by making an enquiry.

PERSONALLY PLANNED

One clear plan.
From first hello.

  1. Start with your brief.

Share approximate dates, travelling numbers, hotel preferences and a budget per person excluding flights. Flexible is fine. You can request a short call to talk through the possibilities.

  2. Review your personal proposal.

Adam checks the hotel and activity options, then sets out the itinerary, exact days and nights, price, inclusions and optional extras. Availability and any special requirements need confirmation.

  3. Agree the booking details.

The operating provider, booking terms, cancellation arrangements and payment steps are confirmed before you pay. An enquiry is a conversation, not a confirmed booking.

BEFORE YOU START

A few useful answers.

Do all our employees have to travel?

No. Plan around the selected people you want to reward. Tell Adam your likely travelling group size; the itinerary is based on that group, not your company’s total headcount.

What does a corporate incentive trip cost?

The price depends on dates, nights, hotel, rooms, travelling numbers and activities. An approximate budget per person excluding flights helps select suitable options. There is no fixed corporate package price on this page; you receive an individual proposal before deciding.

Can we include people who do not play golf or kite?

Yes, share their interests too. A proposal can explore different activities and free time within the group, with suitability and availability checked before anything is confirmed.

Is the planner a booking or payment form?

No. It prepares a message for you to review and send from your email app or WhatsApp. It does not store your details, reserve places or take a deposit. Your proposal and booking terms come first.
